Proof of insurance with the minimum insurance coverage :
Comprehensive General and Automobile Liability insurance, including Contractual Liability insurance specifically insuring ISP against the liabilities assumed under Indemnity Section with minimum limits of $100,000 per each person and $300,000 per each occurrence for bodily injury and $100,000 per each occurrence for property damage or a minimum combined single limit for bodily injury and property damage of $300,000 per occurrence AND Garage Keepers’ Legal Liability or Garage Keeper’s Liability insurance (including, but not limited to “On-Hook” Liability insurance) with a minimum limit of $50,000 (only applicable to Partners who will also provide towing services as well as roadside services).

Service providers are selected based on the service radius selected in during the sign up process. If the zip code of the service call falls within that service radius, you will notified. Every service provider has an equal opportunity to receive service calls. Here are key points to understanding our dispatch system:

Providers who have a service radius near the service call are notified first
Once your bid has been accepted and payment has been confirmed we expect you to leave within 10 minute. If you are not able to leave for the job within 10 minutes of payment confirmation, please decline the job.
Yes, the customer is notified as soon as the call is activated. Maintaining short response times are important. Failure to arrive in the allotted time frame will affect your Eemerg service rating, and your abilities to receive future service requests.
We understand that delays can happen due to setbacks such as an accident or truck breakdown. If you find yourself running late for a major reason please call into our dispatch via Eemerg Help Center. Running late due to accpeting multiple jobs is NOT permitted in this system. If you are unable to leave within 10 minutes to the customer please decline the job.
We strongly suggest that you ask the customer for the completion code first, but there are other ways to receive it. You can contact Eemerg Help Center to obtain the completion code if the customer is not available.
If the customer is not there when you arrive, you can contact to customer service and we will contact the customer and cancel the job. If you have arrived at the service call you will receive a cancellation fee.
Please allow a 20 minute grace period for all service calls as your service provider may need to gather maerials before starting the service call. If the service providerhasn’t reached you within the estimated time frame provided please contact the Help Center.
